BRIAN CRAWMER

PRESIDENT + CEO

Brian Crawmer is AGILE INTERIORS. His purposeful approach to building lifelong relationships with our customers, while also improving their lives, defines us. Brian is creative, resourceful, and loves pushing the envelope to deliver an experience unmatched by any other industry peer. He thrives on igniting change in an industry that stagnates if not presented with alternative ideas, resources and solutions. Brian guides and shapes strategy with his team, trusting his extraordinarily talented people to perform and act as the ultimate client advocates. They collaborate, learn from experience, and lead with new ideas to consistently deliver unparalleled experiences.

He finds the most rewarding part about his position is being the “idea guy” and watching all of his extraordinarily talented people perform. He is in absolute awe on a daily basis as he watches the dedication and pride his team has. They collaborate, pull from experience, and experiment with new ideas to consistently deliver an unmatched experience.

Brian’s guilty pleasures are Mexican food, margaritas, red wine, sunshine, and fast cars.

In addition to running his business, he has a busy household with his wife, 4 children and 3 white labs…so he has no free time! When Brian does have a free minute he enjoys running, exercising, skiing with his family in the winter, fishing with them in the summer, and spending any free time in Southern California.

Sarah Crawmer

Vice President

Sarah has been Brian’s cheerleader since AGILE INTERIORS was born in 2005.  She has always been “behind the scenes” while she stayed home to raise their 4 children.  She recently became “front facing” in the office in 2020.  Sarah loves partnering with Brian as they continue to grow their business together.  She enjoys working with people and helping the company grow in any way that she can.  Sarah loves to find the strengths in people and help set them up for success.  Some refer to her as the “Cruise Director” or “AGILE Mom”.  Her position is always evolving and she loves it that way!

When Sarah isn’t at AGILE INTERIORS, she is busy with her family:  Brian (married 22 years) and their 4 children (Emily, William, Sophie and Charlie).  They also have 3 white Labradors, so life keeps her busy all of the time.  Sarah loves to laugh, exercise, spend time with her family and enjoys all things music.  Sarah’s guilty pleasures are chips & salsa, margaritas and wine and reading a good book on the beach in California.  She loves to be out and about and socialize with family and friends.

Andrew Villareal

Controller

Andrew is the money man, or the Controller if we’re being specific. He began working at AGILE INTERIORS in the summer of 2016 after working closely with the company on a Dallas-based project. Speaking of Dallas, Andrew doesn’t miss an opportunity to remind his co-workers that he is, in fact, from Dallas — which can be a little much. (GO COWBOYS!) Nonetheless, AGILE INTERIORS is home and he truly appreciates working in such a forward-thinking environment with fun, hardworking and innovative minds that thrive on the company’s modern culture. All employees are equals and all have to carry their weight to make the business successful and fruitful. Andrew’s life motto is “buy the damn ticket.” He believes life’s epic moments are meant to be seized, so he goes on weekend trips, he goes to last-minute shows, and makes memories with his beautiful wife, brilliant little son (who’s really not so little), his adorable little-little newborn son, his dog AND his tortoise. When he’s not off on a family adventure or at work getting things done, he’s shining his fantasy football trophy, being artsy-fartsy, rooting for Dallas sports teams, closing his Apple Watch rings, playing Xbox or paying extra for guac.

Andrew White

Workplace Furniture Consultant

Andrew enjoys the people he works with at AGILE INTERIORS. He loves having driven people, working together to help clients create a space that exceeds their expectations.

The most rewarding part of Andrew’s position is having the opportunity to help clients identify their needs and bring their dream workspace to life.

In Andrew’s spare time, he loves being outdoors. Whether it’s golfing, watching Mississippi State sports, or grabbing drinks with friends, he tries to be outside as much as possible.

Andrew’s main guilty pleasure is eating out in Houston; and he loves trying new restaurants around town whenever he gets the chance.

Ashley DeFazio

Furniture Designer

What Ashley enjoys working at AGILE INTERIORS is the dedication and positive work culture. She enjoys being part of an amazing team that shares the same creative outlet for design as she does.

Ashley loves being able to find furniture solutions to help clients achieve their goals. There is nothing more rewarding than completing a project, having happy clients, and giving them a space that started from a conversation. 

In Ashley’s spare time, you can find her always binge reading a book, spending time with her husband and her two cats, Charlotte and Olivia. Always listening to Taylor Swift and Daft Punk on repeat all day and talking about Halloween and fall 24/7, even in the dead of summer. Her guilty pleasures are Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and French fries, buying a hard copy book even though she read it on her kindle and is a sucker for any type of horror movies.

Ashley Meiring

Furniture Designer

Ashley has always been creative. Growing up she recalls that she was always decorating, rearranging her bedroom, changing up her own space to suit her needs and what “look” she felt it needed at the time. Straight out of college she went into the furniture industry working for a manufacturer in her hometown where she stayed for almost 16 years. The opportunity arose to switch over to the dealer side of the business with AGILE INTERIORS and after working with the team she quickly realized that this was the right fit for her. The atmosphere at AGILE and the comradery between the entire team has made her feel completely at home. Ashley loves taking plans and ideas and turning them into reality for clients. From the beginning planning stages, drawings and renderings, to seeing the finished products is so rewarding.

Ashley’s guilty pleasures are eating Mexican food, cuddling with her giant fur-baby Macie, drinking diet Mt. Dew, and shopping (especially for anything home decor). In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her husband and daughter, go camping, and travel as much as she possibly can. Some of her favorite locations to travel to are Jamaica and Montana/Wyoming.

Betsy Nolan

Ancillary Specialist

What Betsy enjoys most about working at AGILE INTERIORS, is the collaboration, the creative environment and working as an Ancillary Specialist where every day is an exciting challenge. 

The most rewarding part about Betsy’s role is getting to work with so many creative people!

In her free time, Betsy is exploring the City of Houston with friends on the weekend, water coloring, listening to podcasts and number puzzles.

Cali Krieger

Architectural Sales

Cali is a designer at heart. She remembers at a young age drawing floor plans instead of playing with dolls. While she was in school, she worked for a few residential design firms, a hospitality design firm and landed a great job right out of college as a facilities planner at an Oil and Gas company. Little did she know, that opportunity would be a giant stepping stone and as a client, met and worked hand and hand with the team at AGILE. As fate would have it, she had the opportunity to join the AGILE INTERIORS team and quickly found that it was the perfect fit for her career. Cali has worked as a DIRTT designer and a Shades designer and in 2020, became the Design Manager over both the construction side (DIRTT and Shades) and Furniture side of the business. She considers the entire AGILE team family and loves being a part of such a strong group of employees, leaders, and friends. Her passion for her job and time management ability are her strong suits and Cali uses her talent daily to manage all design projects that come through the AGILE doors. She loves the leadership aspect of her job and strives to be a strong encouraging force on her team.

Cali’s guilty pleasures are eating Mexican food, talking to her dogs as if they are humans, drinking diet coke, and taking baths after a long day. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her husband and 3 dogs, watch sports/murder mysteries/documentaries on how things are made and organize things around the house.

Candace Adkins

Project Coordinator

Candace enjoys the friendly home town feel AGILE INTERIORS brings to working and living in a big city. Everyone here is invested in one another to be the best, it is a unique experience to be a part of a group so smart, positive and fun!

She has been in the contract furniture industry for 18 years, dedicated to helping others, from order entry to invoice her eyes and mind will be focused on details and deadlines.

Candace can get seriously into a who-done-it mystery story or novel & want to figure it out before the reveal, but she truly values her time with family and friends. A simple game or movie night get-together, decorating and cooking for holiday celebrations or taking weekend road trips, spending time creating memories with family and friends fills her heart with love and gratitude.

Cesar Garzon

What do you enjoy most about working at Agile Interiors?
He enjoy working with everyone here, everyone always has a good attitude. He enjoys working in different places and getting to know other people I work with and the different areas we give our services to.
What do you find rewarding about your position?
Getting to know other people and exchange ideas to make things work for my coworkers. I also find it rewarding when we can step back and see the work we did complete.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Food! Food, for sure, is my biggest guilty pleasure.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my family. I like to work at home fixing things and updating my home to reflect a more modern design.

Chloe Frattalone

Architectural Product Designer

The thing that Chloe enjoys most about working at AGILE INTERIORS is the positive working environment. Everyone on the team does their job with such passion and drive! It makes her WANT to come to work every day. Everyone here is family to Chloe!  

Chloe loves being able to see people interact with her work. She enjoys the opportunity to help create impactful, sustainable and economical designs that improve how the client is going to interact in their space. At the end of the day, Chloe likes being responsible for the impact she can make on her clients and finds it rewarding to know she was able to deliver exactly what the client was envisioning with the Unmatched Experience that AGILE INTERIORS strives to achieve for every client.

In Chloe’s spare time, she likes to buy unnecessary things for her cat, listen to Beastie Boys on repeat, try different wines with the love of her life, eat Mexican food on the weekends, go thrift shopping, and obsess over all things Italian! Her guilty pleasure is Dunkin’ Donuts and there is nothing an iced hazelnut latte can’t fix.

Cindy Collett

Project Coordinator

What Cindy enjoys most about working at AGILE INTERIORS are the wonderful people that she gets to work with every day.  Everyone is friendly and always ready to lend a hand anytime she needs support, which makes it so easy to do what she enjoys. What she finds most rewarding about her job is giving her customers a wonderful buying experience and exceptional customer service. 

On Sundays, Cindy likes to take a drive out to League City to spend time with her dad. They have made it a tradition to go have lunch of his choice, grocery shop and tidy up around the house. She is thankful to still get that time to hang out and spend a couple of hours of quality time with him.

Cindy always tries to remember one of her favorite quotes,“This too shall pass.” and enjoy her time with her dad and remember how precious that time is.

Dan Buckner

Project Manager

Dan enjoys the people he works with at AGILE INTERIORS. There is a great mix of individuals that give a fresh fun work environment that translates to our customers.  

He loves the process of building beautiful new spaces for our clients and their employees to enjoy.  

In his spare time, Dan values quality time with his son Brooks and daughter Sloane. Coaching youth sports and getting to share his love of baseball and basketball with his children. A quiet afternoon nap is his biggest guilty pleasure.

Donnie Stokes

Project Manager

Donnie really enjoys the pace of his job and what comes his way daily. He’s very driven by problem solving and finding solutions. Donnie is quoted as saying “It’s a pleasure working with so many people that not only work hard to get their piece of each project completed, but will immediately stop what they’re doing to help anyone else that needs it”.

The thing Donnie finds most rewarding about being a Project Manager with AGILE INTERIORS are the projects themselves. He enjoys watching them start off on paper, grow from there and eventually after a lot of teamwork, there is a beautiful new space that he’s had a hand in creating.
Donnie claims to have no guilty pleasures. He loves what he loves and doesn’t mind sharing what he’s into with anyone. Outside of work, Donnie has enjoyed playing music since a very early age. He’s toured, recorded and has been fortunate enough to share the stage with many of his musical heroes.

Doris Romero

Reorder Recovery Specialist

The culture here at AGILE INTERIORS is pleasant and has a family-like working environment. The people here are upbeat and fun; personalities like these are hard to come by. You are also encouraged and commended along the way. Doris can proudly say she is grateful to be part of such an inspirational team.

Doris has been in the contract furniture industry for 15 years and has become proficient in managing punch and warranty. She is very detail-oriented and has a desire to analyze and solve problems. It gives her great pleasure to ensure the customers’ satisfaction closing out the final project and thereafter.

Doris takes pride in spending her extra time with her family. Being a wife and a mother of two is a great responsibility which she strives to be successful at each and every day. Her once thought to be filled heart grows more and more with every smile, hug, and kiss.

Ask around and you will find that behind that strong front Doris portrays, she is fun and loving with a heart of gold.

Erica Castillo

Architectural Product Designer

One thing that Erica enjoys the most about working at AGILE INTERIORS is being surrounded by talented and hardworking people, and she appreciates being encouraged to always strive for excellence and push to be her best self every day.

Being a designer requires vision and creativity to fulfill a client’s needs, in her position as an Architectural Product Designer she gets to see this vision and creativity manifest itself in her work, which she finds not only fascinating, but incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, Erica’s number one priority is her family. She enjoys time outdoors with her children, taking trips to the beach, hosting/entertaining family, and friends at home, traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world. Some of her guilty pleasures are eating breakfast for dinner, enjoying an overload of sweetness with Nutella-strawberry and banana crepes, binge watching home improvement TV shows with her husband, singing out loud while sitting in traffic. (She finds this last one such a stress reliever…)

Evelyn enjoys the wonderful atmosphere and how everyone makes it a great environment to be in at AGILE INTERIORS. She loves how every single person shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.

The most rewarding thing for Evelyn is making everyone happy by getting the bills paid in a timely manner. Most may think she’s crazy for loving the deadlines and having to keep track of everything, but she absolutely LOVES IT!

When she is not working, she loves to spend time with family and friends, play volleyball and travel to new places with her husband. Her guilty pleasure is CHIPOTLE! She would eat Chipotle every single day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she could.

Jodi Sorensen

Director of Furniture Design

Jodi enjoys the people at AGILE INTERIORS! She is very excited to be working with such a great group of people and has found everyone to be very welcoming. She loves teamwork to develop solutions and she finds seeing the results very rewarding.

Jodi’s guilty pleasure is watching TV to fall asleep.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys playing games, doting on their dog, and watching movies with her husband and 8-year-old son. She also enjoys getting coffee with friends.

Joanna Prazak

VP of Business Development

Joanna’s favorite part about working at AGILE INTERIORS is the team – each person is truly passionate about what they do, and it easily translates in how they approach each project and challenge. The most rewarding thing about her job is getting to experience how each of our clients has a unique approach to how they work and it is exciting to help influence their culture with our solutions. In addition, it is particularly rewarding to develop lifelong friendships with her clients throughout the process.

Joanna loves to travel, and mostly loves to eat – she and her husband are huge foodies, slowly checking off bucket list restaurants around the world. To keep up with all the eating, she also loves to workout and is always up for a new fitness challenge. She is also a huge dog lover and is training him to be a K9 Athlete in her spare time!

Josh Wilson

Josh loves the AGILE INTERIORS’ culture and the incredibly dedicated, passionate, and selfless people that create it. Everyday there is a new challenge that is met with an amazing team of “Outside of the Box” thinkers that all are moving towards the same goal: To deliver an Unmatched Experience.

Josh finds that the most rewarding part of his position is having the opportunity to give his clients workspaces they can be proud of, with an experience to match. “People work so hard to create a thriving business, and I’m honored that they trust me to be a part of their journey.”
What is your guilty pleasure? (example – favorite food, tv show, extracurricular activity)

Josh has more than a few guilty pleasures, but golf is usually always at the top of his list. Pair that with a craft beer and some Tex-Mex and his guilty pleasures are in full swing!

Life with a wife, toddler, and 2 dogs keeps Josh incredibly busy. He loves biking, playing baseball with the kiddo, swimming, and also enjoys finding new adventures with his family. If you see Josh in his truck on the weekend, you’ll know it’s him when you see a toddler in the back, wife in front and two dogs hanging out of the windows.

Karly Byrne

Project Coordinator

Karly loves the people she works with at AGILE INTERIORS. She feels lucky to be surrounded by people that are determined, passionate and are always willing to lend a helping hand.

The most rewarding part of Karly’s job is having such a crucial role in ensuring a client receives exactly what envisioned; whether it is one shade or an entire office renovation. Nothing gives her more joy than making a client happy. She is a people-pleaser by nature!

When she is not working, you can find Karly exploring Houston with her friends, spending quality mother-son time with her dog, Wilbur, thrifting unnecessary amounts of clothing, or crying while watching a Rom-Com she has seen way too many times. Her guilty pleasure is a good ole-fashioned American breakfast with bacon and extra crispy hash-browns.

Katharine Miles

Katharine enjoys the collaborative sprit and the team of talented and supporting individuals.

Helping clients make their space more beautiful and functional is the best part of Katharine’s position. Each project brings its own challenges and rewards. There is never a dull moment.

Katharine spends her free time with her husband, David and their Basset Hound named Beaux. Long walks and dog parks are a weekly event. Family dinners with her two college age boys are always a special event.

Kelly Wotkyns

Project Coordination Manager

Kelly enjoys being a part of the fun, hardworking AGILE INTERIORS team that is willing to help each other and work together. She likes finding ways to be the most efficient and effective to keep projects moving forward to completion.

Kelly’s guilty pleasures are True crime podcasts, Bravo, wine and tex-mex (okay, pizza too)! In her spare time she enjoys exploring the city with her family, cooking new recipes, reading, running, and traveling to see family and friends.

Kelsi’s favorite part of working at AGILE INTERIORS is the culture and the people she gets to work with every day.  

The most rewarding part of Kelsi’s position is helping clients and learning more and more every day and trying to be better and more efficient.

When she is not working you can find Kelsi rock climbing or camping in the woods somewhere with her husband and dogs, or at her parent’s property hanging out with her family. Her guilty pleasure is watching van life videos on YouTube or planning her next adventure.

Kendall Aseltine

Shades Designer

Since Kendall’s childhood, she has always been inspired by design and art. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in August of 2021 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Interior Design (AXE EM). She loves that design can be a form of communication and can help visualize elements. Her favorite part about being a Shades Designer at AGILE INTERIORS is how every project is different. This makes her stay creative and innovative to her projects. Kendall loves problem solving and loves that this is a key part of her position! Not to mention the people and how welcoming they were and instantly made her feel comfortable to the AGILE Family. Kendall finds that the most rewarding thing about being a Shades Designer is that every project can be stressful and challenging but knowing the finish product exceeded the client’s expectations makes everything worth it. She also loves the ability to help her clients in any way possible.

When not working, you can find Kendall eating warm chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven, binge watching Marvel movies, going to Cycle class or playing with her cat, Rey. She also loves spending her free time with her family or going to get a good margarita with her friends.

Kirsten Lundquist

Sr. Project Manager

Kirsten loves working with the amazing team at AGILE INTERIORS and looks forward to seeing them every day.  No day is the same and she is always learning something new.

Kirsten enjoys the daily challenges that arise and likes to come up with solutions with her team and outside vendors and subs.  The AGILE INTERIORS team is always working on something new and innovative.  Kirsten finds it exciting to be part of and finds it very rewarding to see the final result of an installation that has never been done before.

When Kirsten finds some free time, she is a big fan of taking advantage of patio weather with her friends, going for long walks, and checking out new sites around town. Kirsten could eat tacos for all three meals of the day and is a full time dog mom to her blind diabetic elderly ‘son’ Liam.

Larry Brown

Shades Specialist

Larry feels honored to be part of the AGILE INTERIORS family. He enjoys being part of a dedicated group that strives for perfection every single day.

Taking drawings from an idea, to a finished project, is one of the most rewarding parts of his job. It does not matter about the size or difficulty; on time and on budget provides a great deal of satisfaction in Larry’s work life! He also enjoys helping come up with solutions for impossible installs.                        

When Larry is not at work you might find him in the garage wrenching on his latest hot rod build. He also does a lot of home improvement projects to earn “Brownie Points” for buying car parts. An avid domino player, he is always up for a good game of 42 while watching the Astro’s win on TV. On a side note, if you ever need someone to go to a car show or fishing, give him a call. He has been on an endless search for the perfect plate of Tacos al Pastor and a bowl of charro beans. Good Bourbon Whiskey and serious TV series are also high on his list of favorites.

Lauren Griffin

Furniture Designer

Lauren enjoys the energizing dynamic at AGILE INTERIORS that allows her to be fully engaged in the projects she is supporting as a Designer. Each day at AGILE brings a new opportunity for growth and learning as she strives to meet her client’s goals.

Lauren finds it rewarding to help clients and the A&D community find furniture solutions that meet their business goals and drivers while staying on brand. Knowing a space is complete and full of people engaged in meaningful work, drives her to be successful on every project.

Her guilty pleasure is reading a good book while tucking in to some Chex Mix and Peach Rings.

Lauren enjoys spending time outside, disc golfing or taking in the all-year beauty that Michigan offers with her husband and their two Australian Shepherds, Atlas and Luna. They are very active and enjoy herding and bending them to their will. Lauren and her husband also enjoy playing video games together when the weather is unbearable.

Leslie Ezell

What Leslie loves most about working at AGILE INTERIORS is the people and the culture. We work hard but we have fun doing it.

As a Workplace Furniture Consultant, Leslie loves to help create environments for her customers and meet new people and gain new relationships.

Leslie’s guilty pleasures are Italian food and chocolate. She loves to binge watching shows like The Last Kingdom and Vikings, but also loves romantic comedies.

In Leslie’s spare time, she loves to travel, mostly to Europe. When she is at home, she enjoys spending time with friends, trying different restaurants and relaxing with her cats.

Lupita Garcia

Accountant

Lupita enjoys working at AGILE because she says it is a place with great people and she likes to witness the amazing work they put out. Lupita enjoys working with her team knowing that she can contribute her part to a much greater picture. She is very eager to learn new thing and loves to work on things full heartedly.

Lupita’s guilty pleasures include trying all the amazing Houston restaurants, visiting breweries, watching and listening to anything true crime and listening to music. She also enjoys spending time with her family on their farm and gardening and caring for all the animals. Lupita likes to work on art projects with her daughter, Lillian, and enjoys teaching her different life skills.

Margaret Blue

Architectural Product Designer

Born and raised in New Orleans, Margaret has always been interested in the culture that brings life to a city. She always wanted to feed her creative side, whether with food, music, architecture, or design. After earning an Interior Design degree from LSU, she started practicing design in Houston. She has worked on several different projects ranging from high-end residential, sports complexes, to corporate projects. Margaret has found her niche at AGILE adding creativity to a client’s vision and working together with her teammates to complete each project smoothly and quickly. The flexibility of our unique products keeps her on her toes every day and keeps the job exciting. She loves her AGILE family and the support they provide throughout each project.

Margaret comes from a family of great cooks (her brother is a professional chef!) and grew up eating well in New Orleans. She and her husband, Travis, love cooking for their friends and hosting parties with the excuse to eat good food and drink good wine. They believe that sharing food with great company nourishes the soul. When Margaret is not cooking, she is watching any sporting event (mostly her LSU tigers and Astros), finding fun events to do in Houston, traveling, working in her garden, or spending time with her big, loud family. She is always on the go and is full of (too much) energy.

Margot Jones

Project Coordinator

Margot loves working for AGILE INTERIORS so much that she returned to work there for a second time! The AGILE INTERIORS’ team is full of creative, passionate individuals.
Margot has worked in the construction industry for almost ten years, so being able to work with such an innovative product is truly gratifying. She also enjoys seeing projects come to fruition.
She finds it rewarding to be working in a team-oriented environment from sales, design, project managers to the installers. Everyone goes above and beyond to get the job done.

Margot’s guilty pleasures are thrift stores, Elvis impersonators and anything with carbs! In her spare time you can find her outdoors, whether it’s refinishing antique furniture and playing with power tools to cycling, or enjoying the dog park with her rescue dog and her husband, Mark.

Maria Acosta

Maria loves working in AGILE INTERIOR’S beautiful showroom and likes to see each AGILE employee’s unique passion for what they do on a daily basis. Her co-worker’s wealth of knowledge and expertise, paired with the curiosity and desire to keep learning are her best role models.

The most rewarding part of Maria’s role is to give structure to every project so that her team can be as creative as they can be- and have the behind the scenes support to deliver the dream result to every client.

In her spare time, Maria loves beach days, dancing, and spending time with my family and friends. Marshall Tunstall

Project Coordinator

Marshall enjoys being able to work with so many different people in different positions, with different backgrounds and responsibilities. Every project is an opportunity to learn new approaches to bring an unmatched experience to our clients. He came to AGILE from a different professional background, but everyone was eager to teach him the ropes and offer advice, and before long he felt like he’d been working here forever.

The most rewarding part of the job for Marshall is seeing the end result, reflecting on how the space was at the beginning and how much has changed, and seeing the happy looks on our clients’ faces when they see their brand-new space.

In his free time, Marshall enjoys traveling the world, trying new food, figuring out how to cook that food at home in his kitchen, and cooking for friends and family. On quieter days, he prefers to read a good book, listen to new music, or catch the latest film at the theater.

Matthew Cooley

Matthew joined Agile in 2012 with over 20 years of high-level Sales Consulting and Management experience in the Facilities Management Industry. Matthew quickly became one of the top DIRTT Champions in North America because it was clear that he found his calling. He loves working with the passionate team at AGILE INTERIORS and loves getting to know and work with so many talented people in the design and construction industry. He particularly loves knowing that he did his little part in helping his clients create beautiful and functional work spaces where their employees love to come to work in every day! Matthew is a true outdoorsman and loves spending time with his wife and two sons either on the golf course or out enjoying Texas wildlife.

Meredith Stuart

Director of Project Management

What Meredith enjoys most about AGILE is the team that she gets to work with every day. Many of them have become close friends and it makes “work” much more fun.

She is fulfilled by executing projects successfully. She feeds off tangible progress and loves to be involved in the end of the design process, as construction comes together and furniture is installed. Furniture determines how people interpret and use a space and is not only fun but is a crucial final touch on a project, in Meredith’s opinion.

Her guilty pleasure is binging Bravo with a great glass of wine! She enjoys hunting for things that are unexpected and has a design aesthetic that is very collected. If she can convince her husband to watch their children on a Saturday morning, you can probably catch her at an estate sale. When she is not out hunting for new fun items, she is out in Brenham, spending time with family.

Michelle Bourgeois

Architectural Product Designer

Michelle has always been inspired by the aesthetics of her surroundings, and on a constant quest to make it beautiful. A chair isn’t simply a chair…it’s an expression of who you are. That outlook extends into every aspect of her life. After graduating with an Interior Design degree in May of 2004, she moved to Houston and began working w/ The OFIS, specifying systems furniture. Her dedication and drive led to the opportunity for her to help start the team that would evolve into AGILE INTERIORS. What she enjoys most about being a part of the AGILE INTERIORS family is the constant change, and the ability to innovate custom solutions regularly. No two days are the same, no two projects are the same, and every day is a learning experience. She prides herself in the ability to listen to what the client really needs, versus simply giving them what they want. Her guilty pleasure is indulging in donuts as often as possible!! In her spare time, she loves to hit the gym, enjoy great food, and spend time with family.

Miguel Rosales

Warehouse Supervisor

Miguel most enjoys the people that he works with on a daily basis. He finds that there is a sense of unity amongst the employees that work at AGILE INTERIORS. Everyone is respectful and helps in every possible way.

When asked what he finds most rewarding about his job, Miguel says “I have learned many things that I can also apply to my personal life or in the future. I have learned a lot from others and this job has given me the opportunity to get to know different types of people. I enjoy the fact that I also have the opportunity to learn something new every day.”

Miguel’s biggest guilty pleasure is traveling. He loves to travel and his ultimate goal is to travel the world. He also loves photography, especially while he is traveling. Miguel’s favorite type of food is Italian and when he has downtime, you can find him watching a series on Netflix or YouTube.

Miguel loves to spend time with his family and friends. He values this time a lot; they do family dinners at home often and have extended family come over. He also enjoys going out with his friends and trying out new places to eat and hang out. They like to hit the newest restaurants, café spots, and night clubs.

Myrla Menn

Project Coordinator + Project Manager

Myrla is a people person. She loves surrounding herself with talented, determined, go getters and that is exactly what AGILE INTERIORS is made of. One thing that she enjoys most about her job is that she gets to be involved with different types of projects. Every project and every day is different from the last, which keeps it interesting and challenging; and with all these challenges comes great reward. The most rewarding part of working at AGILE INTERIORS is seeing the projects through to the end. It is incredibly fulfilling to see a client’s reaction when they see their space and it is exactly what they wanted…and more. She would like to install a confetti canon at every new space reveal!

Myrla has multiple guilty pleasures, but her most obvious is her sweet tooth. You can always find cookies, chocolates, or something sweet in her desk drawers, ALWAYS! The entire office knows to never leave their sweets unattended around her. Aside from food, she also has a passion for fashion. She loves it all – from vintage to contemporary – and her favorite color is glitter.

Paul Calderon

Paul finds that the opportunity to interact with clients, comprehend their interior build-out challenges, and provide effective solutions for them is immensely fulfilling.

When Paul isn’t working, he finds joy in spending quality time with his children and immersing himself in the beauty of nature. Surfing, playing tennis, cycling, and taking leisurely walks with his dog Gorman are just a few things that invigorate him!

Rachael Jekki

Chief Finance Officer

When asked what she enjoys most about working at AGILE, Rachael’s response was immediate: “The people, culture and creativity I witness daily is inspiring. The family atmosphere in the office is another great reason to come in to work every day.”

Rachael believes that there are so many rewarding elements to what she does; being able to go in and create processes that will support the future growth and success of the firm is paramount.

Rachael has a passion for traveling, and she has been very fortunate to be able to see some incredibly spectacular parts of the world. Morocco and Italy are near and dear to her heart and her face lights up talking about the architecture and culture. Family is incredibly important to her and the hospitality displayed on her trips to both countries has always made her feel at home.

What does she do in her spare time? She is an UBER driver…. For her 15 year old daughter. If she does get some down time, you can catch her with friends having a spicy margarita with chips and queso. Rachael was born and raised in Houston and has a large, crazy family here in town that keeps her life interesting!

Sandra Prozeller

Office Administrator

Sandra is truly a social butterfly and born hostess so what she enjoys the most at AGILE INTERIORS is interacting with everyone that walks through the door.   

Putting smiles on people’s faces is the most rewarding part of her job; whether it’s from making homemade cards for her co-workers, cracking jokes, or welcoming clients with one of her world-famous lattes.

When Sandra is not working you can find her training for a half marathon, trying new restaurants with her husband, or playing with her dog. Her guilty pleasures include singing karaoke, watching reality tv, and eating chicken tenders.

Shaina Pesek

Director of Project Management

Shaina decided at a young age she loved design and building so she got a degree in Architecture. She worked at non-typical design firms through college and learned that she liked to think outside the box to keep her on her toes! She went into the modern furniture industry and then found herself at AGILE INTERIORS in 2014. Shaina believes you are who you surround yourself with and is proud to be part of such an inspiring team who have now become family. Being a project manager allows her to oversee projects in their entirety by working with her team internally while communicating to the client. Her favorite part of the process is the opportunity to spend time onsite to take part in virtual designs becoming a reality. 

Her guilty pleasures are cuddling with her children and her doggie, eating ice cream, and having a nice glass of wine. She loves to run at Memorial Park, spend time with her family, and eat really good food.

Steven van Beveren

Architectural Sales

Steven van Beveren holds an Associate’s Degree in Engineering and Design from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Alberta Canada. He has over 20 years of experience in furniture and modular construction solutions. Before joining AGILE INTERIORS in 2015, Steven was with DIRTT Environmental Solutions for over 9 years, first as a senior member of the product development team and then later as the Vice President of Operations for DIRTT’s Modular electrical division. During his time with DIRTT, Steven worked in conjunction with AGILE INTERIORS on several DIRTT projects, such as the initial Conoco Phillip mockup and the modular electrical portion of the project for KBR. His background and experience in modular construction solutions allows him to seamlessly work with clients, designers, project management and installation services.

Steven enjoys working with the amazing people at AGILE INTERIORS and also enjoys the unique challenges that are faced daily, being in the construction industry. He finds the problem solving part of his position to be the most rewarding.

When asked about his guilty pleasures, Steven says “I wouldn’t say it’s my guilty pleasure, as how can you feel guilty eating such good food as Chips and salsa, chips and queso chips and guacamole….

Sydney Denisio

Marketing Specialist

Sydney’s favorite thing about life at AGILE INTERIORS is working in a beautiful space with the best people. Everyone at AGILE is welcoming, encouraging, and committed to the company’s collective success.

The most rewarding part of Sydney’s job is providing an unmatched experience for both AGILE’s clients and team members. Sydney loves giving back and making those around her feel valued, understood, and seen.

Outside of work, you can find Sydney spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, practicing yoga, exploring The Heights, listening to true-crime podcasts, reading, and binge-watching the latest TV shows and movies. She also loves to travel – some of her favorite destinations are Florence, Italy, Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Carmel, California. THAYMARY ESPINA

Project Manager

Thaymary loves the people and culture at AGILE INTERIORS,  she enjoys being part of a team where everyone works together to find creative solutions to ensure the customers are receiving the best experience. 

The most exciting part of Thaymary’s work at AGILE INTERIORS is overseeing each unique transformation where ideas become reality. Nothing gives her more joy than being able to coordinate a project from the early stages and being able to navigate through the process with the customers until they can finally materialize what they envisioned.

When she is not working, you can find Thaymary playing tennis around the city, in some park with her 3-year-old corgi Bruno, watching a Soccer game, or finding a new restaurant to try out. Her guilty pleasure is a long night of console gaming.
